Bailey Holston
Owner
Bailey has been working on cars since 2010 and is the proud founder of Auto Repair Mom. A graduate of the CPCC Automotive Program with five ASE certifications, she’s worked in shops across the Charlotte area and brings both expertise and passion to every repair. As a mom of two, Bailey is dedicated to providing honest, family-friendly service and changing the way customers experience auto repair.
Max Holston
Shop Foreman / “Auto Repair Dad”
With 19 years of hands-on experience, Max is our top-level technician and the go-to expert for diagnostics, noise issues, and major repairs such as timing chains, head gaskets, and engine or transmission replacements. Specializing in Hondas, Max’s precision and problem-solving skills keep our shop running smoothly. He’s also ASE certified, ensuring every repair meets the highest standards.
Joe Reardon
Service Manager
Joe brings over 36 years of management experience, including 11 years in the automotive industry. Originally from Quincy, Massachusetts, he moved here in 2015 and quickly became a key part of the Auto Repair Mom family. Outside the shop, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, cheering for all the Boston sports teams, watching games, and exploring local breweries.
Justin Reardon
Service Advisor
A Sun Valley High School graduate from the class of 2022, Justin has been pursuing his passion for cars and customer service ever since. As a service advisor, he helps ensure every client has a smooth and transparent repair experience. When he’s not at the shop, Justin enjoys time with family and friends, playing video games, and watching football—always rooting for his favorite team, the Seattle Seahawks.
Jonathon Wilson
Technician
With 15 years in the automotive industry, Jon specializes in engine and transmission swaps, fluid leaks, suspension work, A/C repairs, and more. Originally from Tifton, Georgia, he moved here three years ago to be closer to family. When he’s not under the hood, Jon loves spending time with his wife and five kids, going to Carowinds, and relaxing with a fishing rod in hand.
Jake Reardon
Technician
Jake has been working on cars for seven years, focusing on suspension work, brakes, belts, preventive maintenance, and tune-ups. His strong work ethic and attention to detail make him a valued member of our team. Outside the shop, Jake enjoys hanging out with family and friends, watching sports, and playing video games.
